Since we produce the product exclusively for you, the well-known 14-day right of withdrawal without justification does not apply! If your product has no manufacturing or processing defects or you don't like it, a complaint is unfortunately not possible.

Beim Digitaldruck wird zur Druckvorbehandlung eine biologisch abbaubare, wasserbasierte Lösung auf das Textil aufgetragen. Solltest du nach dem Auspacken deiner Bestellung einen leichten Essiggeruch wahrnehmen oder einen Farbschleier auf dem Textil erkennen, so besteht kein Grund zur Sorge. Beides verschwindet nach dem ersten Waschgang. Die von uns verwendete Drucktinte ist frei von Schadstoffen sowie nach Oeko-Tex 100 zertifiziert.

So that you can enjoy our clothing for as long as possible, we recommend that you take the following washing and care tips into account for textiles:
Washing tips:

• Before washing, turn the printed side inside out ("wash inside out")
• Wash at a maximum of 30°C
• Do not use fabric softener or bleach detergent

Care tips:

• Do not tumble dry
• Before ironing, turn the printed side inwards
• Do not pull, tug, scratch or tear the print

In order to avoid misunderstandings, we would like to briefly explain in this article how the production times are calculated.

• For us, working days are Monday to Friday .
• Orders received by 12:00 p.m. (UTC+1) count towards the current business day.
• The same applies to orders shipped by 6:00 p.m. (UTC+1).

In addition to the production time, you also have to take into account the shipping time after production. This time varies depending on the shipping method and delivery country. The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is usually 1-2 working days .

Deliveries within the EU usually take 2-5 working days . The exact delivery time depends on the destination country.

Discover high-quality textiles for women, men, children and babies in a variety of colors, sizes and designs. The spectrum ranges from T-shirts, V-neck shirts and tank tops to hoodies, zippers and sweatshirts through to college jackets and baby bodysuits. The majority of the clothing items are also available as organic versions, meaning the textiles were produced sustainably and fairly and are made from organic cotton or recycled polyester.

In addition to printable clothing, we also offer first-class bags such as cotton bags, gym bags or tote bags. More products such as mugs, posters, cell phone cases and doormats will follow soon.

The topic of sustainability is a central part of our company philosophy. For this reason, we provide a diverse range of sustainability offerings. Only products that are ordered are printed. This means there is no unnecessary overproduction and there is no need for a CO2-emitting supply chain, as the goods reach the customer without detours. We also use green electricity from 100% renewable energies for our production, as well as water-efficient printing machines and biodegradable printing ink. We also offer bio/organic products from Stanley/Stella (sustainably & fairly produced).
